The FlextendTM skin barrier forms part of a two-piece pouching system. It is designed to offer durability and greater resistance to erosion than regular skin barriers. Moreover, its integrated floating flange enables fingertips to be placed beneath it, thus reducing the pressure exerted on the abdomen when attaching the pouch. It is available in cut-to-fit or pre-sized and can be used with any New ImageTM pouch, with a corresponding flange size. It is also free from natural rubber latex.
