Order Questions

Where is my Order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You may also log in to your account by clicking "My Account" on the top right corner of any page. When you select "Order History" you will have access to track your order and view previous orders.

Tracking number begins with “1Z”

 

OnTrac - OnTrac Tacking

Tracking number is 15 characters with the first one being a letter,
followed by 14 numbers

 

FedEx - FedEx Tracking

Tracking number is 12 digits long in this format: XXXX XXXX XXXX

 

Lone Star Overnight - Lone Star Tracking

Tracking number is 8 digits long and begins with “SK”

 

My Credit Card is not working?

At My Care Supplies, we take the extra steps needed to ensure your credit card information is secure. Before reattempting to use your credit card, confirm the following information:

Billing Address — Street and Zip code

Credit Card Expiration Date

CVV or Security Code of the card

If you continue to have an issue and still wish to use your credit card, you may still do so by selecting the "PayPal" payment option or call us at 866-376-4950 for further assistance.

 

How long will it take my order to get to me?

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email. Most products ship the same day and usually arrive in 1-3 business days. If the product is back-ordered, it could take up to 7 business days to arrive.

 

What will I see on my CC or PayPal statement?

Best Buy Care Supplies is the parent corporation of MyCareSupplies.com. You may see Best Buy Care Supplies on your credit card and/or PayPal billing statement. Total Home Care Supplies might display depending on how long the merchant service provider takes to update the website change.

 

Do you collect sales tax?

Sales tax will be collected when appropriate based on our tax software. 

 

How will I know when my order has been processed?

You will receive an email as soon as your order has been processed.

 

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive an email to the the address on file within hours of your order shipping.

 

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

We cannot deliver products due to the oversized packages required for diapers and medical products.

 

How do I cancel or change my order before it has been processed?

Please call us at 866-376-4950 as soon as possible.
 
 

How do I cancel or change my order after it has been processed?

All orders are processed to our warehouse immediately and cannot be canceled.

 

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay as valid forms of payment. At this time we do not accept any other forms of payment including checks.

 

What kind of financing do you offer?

We do not offer financing or payment plans.

 

What if a product is out of stock?

Our inventory is updated daily. If an item is out of stock, please enter your email address in the stock notification area on the product page to be notified when the product is back in stock. You may also email or call using our Contact Us page to find a comparable product that we do have in inventory.

 

What items can be returned?

Do you have a maximum order amount?

There are currently no maximum order amounts. Please call 866-376-4950 for assistance if you have any issues with a larger order.

 

Medical Documentation Questions

The product I am ordering requires a prescription, what do I do? How do I get you my medical Information?

For the fastest, most efficient processing of your order, you or your doctor must fax your prescription to (888) 349-1499.

 

Will you bill my insurance?

My Care Supplies does not bill insurance on behalf of the customer. Billing insurance and insurance reimbursement is the responsibility of the customer. MyCareSupplies.com will only provide proof of payment at this time to the customer.

How do I add or remove myself from your newsletter mailing list?

You can add yourself to our newsletter mailing list in the footer section in the bottom area of our website. Simply enter your email address and hit the "Enter" button on your keyboard or "Go" on your mobile device. If you would like to be removed from our newsletter mailing list, reach out to customer service through our Contact Us page and request removal. We will only contact you for non-order related email communications if you opt-in to our mailing list.
