Do you collect sales tax?
Customers in California will be charged sales tax (for items that are taxable). Orders shipped to all other US States are not taxed.

The product I am ordering requires a prescription, what do I do?

Will you bill my insurance?
We are not able to file insurance claims for you. Insurance customers who would like to make orders covered by Medicare, MediCal and other Insurances click here.
How do I cancel or change my order after it has been processed?
All orders are processed to our warehouse immediately and cannot be cancelled.

Yes, the total order amount cannot exceed $500.
